These popsicles are just about the closest I can get to enjoying anything (even slightly) related to golf. Snore.
But these. Yum.
You can make them as easy or as homemade (complicated) as you like.
Mix equal parts lemonade and iced tea. Stir. Pour into popsicle mold. Freeze. Easy peasy.
I opted for the easy route, using cans of lemonade and lemon iced tea concentrate (mixed with water as directed), but am looking forward to making it again with some homemade peach-ginger iced tea and freshly squeezed lemonade.
Now, if it weren’t so darn cool and windy today. This is June, right?
